Today we went to the beach. It was a lot colder than expected so a lot of changes to my storyboard were needed.
Once there we found a suitable place to pay and display, we took our bags and camera and went to the beach front. As the weather was freezing we decided to film as quickly as possible by deciding which scenes were to be shot before we started filming. I also needed filming of the water its-self and crashing waves, which i did before starting filming also so that we didn't become cold.
The water was ice cold and so going into the sea above knee level was out of the question, so a lot of scenes have changed to filming in the bath, such as the underwater shot and the shot with the head just above the water.
Once we started filming, we managed to get a lot of scenes done very quickly. And finished within an hour or so of arriving. Leaving us enough time to grab and ice-cream and a coffee to warm up.
Today's shoot was the last of all my filming. I feel very happy that i have accomplished all my filming and a lot in the way i planned and though out.
xoxo
